For the second semester of my internship at Mysteryland in 2023, I was included in the VIP project. In this assignment, I fulfilled the position of assistant project manager. With this job, it was my responsibility to regularly check the status of each department and make sure everyone was on track. In addition, I was responsible for requesting the necessary information and quotations and drawing up the budget for the VIP deck.
In order for the project to run smoothly, there were also other tasks that I would be involved in. I created a persona based on the data from other VIP decks. Subsequently, a business and a revenue model were drawn up in conjunction with the budget. Then I mapped out a customer journey to map all touchpoints. With all the above information, a marketing plan is drawn up.
I was also the creative director of the VIP deck next to my supervisor and I was responsible for planning the production. I've created a schedule when which supplier can build up when everything has to be ready and who is needed for this.
